Tilak | Google | Thursday, September 6th, 2007

Google has recently announced that now Google Desktop for the Mac is available in 9 more languages: Chinese Simplified and Traditional, Dutch, UK English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish.

Few months back Google has launched Google Desktop for Mac users.

BTY, Google products currently support more than 170 languages. Sign up Google Language Tools page. After verifcation on the Google in Your Language link you will be offered a list of products to translate include main search site, Gmail, iGoogle and many others.

Recently we have added a bunch of new languages to the Google In Your Language program, including Navajo, Filipino, several Russian Federation languages (Avaric, Chechen, Chuvash, Komi), and some African languages (Akan, Bambara, Gikuyu, Kongo, Ndebele, Ndongo, Nyanja, Venda). Since Google is available in 170+ languages, it is more userfriendly than Yahoo! or any other search engines.
